This is a Phase 2 study examining the efficacy and safety of a new drug called SAR441566 in adults with moderate to severe Crohn’s disease. Various dosages of SAR441566 are compared to a placebo (sham drug) to determine which works best.<\/p>\n
Adults diagnosed with moderate to severe Crohn’s disease.<\/p>\n
Up to 59 weeks, consisting of:<\/p>\n
The main study includes 12 weeks of induction treatment and 40 weeks of maintenance phase.
Some participants may participate in an open-label treatment phase (up to 40 weeks) in which everyone receives the study drug.<\/p>\n
