Ulcerative colitis: DUET-UC study (combination of guselkumab and golimumab)

This study examines the efficacy and safety of combining the two medications guselkumab and golimumab compared to using each medication individually. The study is aimed at patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis who have not had success with other advanced therapies.
