Ulcerative colitis: ABTECT Maintenance Study

This study tests the long-term safety and efficacy of the drug ABX464, taken once daily as maintenance therapy. It is aimed at patients who have not responded to other treatments—both conventional and advanced therapies—have lost their effect, or have not tolerated them. The aim is to investigate whether ABX464 can help maintain remission of ulcerative colitis.
